Tulsack, Tulsa, Oklahoma, recently installed a GSE Compact M16 water-based computerized ink dispensing system with 12 base components. The GSE system from Automatan, Plover, Wisconsin, reportedly provides Tulsack with a complete in-house color management program to assist it in achieving total control of its ink. Among the system's features are: the ability to produce a variety of color shades, consistent batch-to-batch repeatability, and an advanced software system that reportedly provides technology usually required by a trained ink technician.
In other news, Fibre Containers, City of Industry, California, installed a Compact M16 computerized flexo ink blending system.
