With the intention of ensuring his company's integrity and increasing its strength in the international marketplace, Emilio Roda has decided to sell his 100% shareholding in Roda Macchine S.A., Lugano, to BHS Corrugated Maschinen-und Anlagenbau GmbH. Having done this, Roda feels confident that the enterprise will be continued independently and that it is secure for the future in its existing structure in accordance with the wishes of its customers.

The product range of Roda Macchine S.A. will now be handled by the world-wide branches and agencies of BHS Corrugated outside Germany, as well as by existing agencies of Roda. The appearance and the management of both companies will not be affected by this change and are led individually as in the past.
