The company's new U.V. Ultraprint press is designed for quick changes. The press uses U.V. inks and a cassette system that includes an ink pan, anilox roll and doctor blade, which will reportedly reduce makeready. According to the company, an ink change can take less than two minutes. All cleanup is offline and a short web path is designed to reduce waste. The press is available in 10-in. and 18-in. web width.
