Ian Johnston, CEO of Paperloop, recently announced management changes within the company's Community Products division that operates CMM International and Tissue World Events.

Effective immediately, the new management team will consist of Johnston; Ronni Potosky, Marketing Director; Ria Vandenbogaert, European Sales Director, and Roger Halligan, industry consultant and CEO of H+A International. In addition, long-time employee Liz Zoller has been promoted to the position of Operations Director. The team will be supported by members of the existing CMM International and Tissue World sales and operational teams.

Several new enhancements to the CMM International and Tissue World events will be announced over the next several weeks. The previous CMM management team of Leo Nadolske, Vice President; Jane McDermott, Show Director; and Jay Gorga, Sales Director, are leaving the company effective November 21. McDermott and Gorga are leaving to join a show management company to help launch a new trade show in the consumer cosmetics industry. Nadolske is leaving to pursue other opportunities.

"Leo, Jane and Jay have been instrumental in helping CMM Community Products achieve the industry-leading positions they enjoy today," Johnston said. "They are very well respected within the converting marketplace and we wish them much success in their new endeavors. At the same time, we are very excited about some new enhancements and strategic alliances that we will soon be announcing for CMM Community Products."

Johnston also pointed out that the new team and supporting sales and operational staff has decades of experience in the converting and package printing industry and has worked closely with the previous management group for many years. The sales team of Misha DaVida, Dave Berns and Anthony Licata will remain in place.

Ria Vandenbogaert will continue to head up European sales efforts and report directly to Ian Johnston. Roger Halligan, a well-known industry marketing consultant who has worked with CMM Community Products for many years, will be instrumental in helping direct the marketing and strategic alliance efforts.
