Norampac Inc., a global containerboard producer with plants in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and France, completed the purchase of the corrugated products converting plant of Leominster, MA-based, Star Container Corp.

The plant, with annual production of over 1-billion-sq.-ft., will be enhanced and complemented by Norampac's other converting plants, mills and technical resources, while reinforcing Norampac's presence in the corrugated market.
