Cava (U.K.), the European distributor of the Signature range of folding carton gluers, is now branching out into mainland Europe by establishing an agency network. After an initial sales target of four machines for its first year, Cava has actually sold 15 Signatures.

The first machine to be installed in continental Europe has been purchased by Karl Wiese of Braunschweig, through Cava's German agent, Ulrich Meskes. John D. Kakouris, a former Vega agent, has secured its first Signature order for Greece and a Dutch agency has been set up with Grafimax. Other agency agreements are currently being negotiated with organizations that are able to meet Cava's sales and service criteria.
