PrintCafe Pays Up
Investors of printCafe™, www.printcafe.com, a leading developer of supply chain management software for the printing and publishing industry, are participating in a US$39.6 million private placement of equity and debt intended for use as working capital and to repay existing debt. The company will pay off its entire obligation to Constellation Software for its acquisition of Logic Associates. Creo, a partner of printCafe, has promised US$23.6 million in the form of long-term debt.

PMMI Reports on FBA Site

The former covers adhesives used in automatic packaging machinery, as well as manual or semi-automatic operations. The latter provides methods to optimize the operation of packaging equipment using a vacuum apparatus to handle unfilled corrugated fiberboard materials. Each document costs US$25.
