Alliance Machine Systems Europe, BV, a product and service provider to the corrugated industry, has arranged a deal with the trustee of ASC/Pallmac BV for Alliance to obtain certain assets of the former company, including work-in-progress machinery, spare parts and the full set of intellectual property. The newly formed entity, named Alliance Engineering Services, BVBA, is working toward finalizing details of another transaction to acquire the U.S. based corrugated business assets of ASC.
