Alliance Machines Systems International, LLC, a global source of innovative products and services to enhance the efficiency and performance of the paperboard packaging industry, purchased assets from ASC Machine Tools, Inc.'s former paperboard packaging business to complete its objective of acquiring ASC/Pallmac's international corrugated business.

The purchase follows Alliance's recent acquisition of assets from the Belgium-based ASC/Pallmac N.V.
